Terms of service
My G Gadgets and Gaming is operated by PCSCUK LTD. We sell products through my-g.co.uk and offer in-house PC and laptop services at our Scunthorpe shop.
Orders and payment
Product descriptions, availability and prices are shown on the website. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place an order. An order confirmation acknowledges your order; we will contact you if an item is unavailable or if we cannot fulfil the order. Payment is taken using the methods offered at checkout.
Delivery and collection
Our Shipping policy explains delivery charges, estimated times and collection from our shop. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or collected by you, except where you arrange your own carrier.
Returns and your rights
Our Return and refund policy explains how to request a return or cancel an online order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
Repairs and services
The prices in our PC & Laptop Repairs guide are labour charges unless stated otherwise. Replacement parts and components, where needed, are charged separately. We will discuss the work and any additional costs with you before proceeding. A £15 diagnostic fee applies only when we diagnose a fault and no repair follows.
